We had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We started the day with the annual community Thanksgiving choir. We were delighted to see Granny and Pappy there! They drove all the way from Utah just to hear Beverly sing.
There was lots of good food (including potato rolls made from scratch-- mmm). The boys had a good time watching football, and we also had fun playing games. Kenzie was excited for "Turkey Day," but she didn't eat much turkey-- however, she did eat 5 of Meredith's famous deviled eggs!
Ryan won in Scrabble, of course (big surprise), and Maureen showed us a new game (which Beverly won). We missed seeing Miriam and Ryan H. this year, but we know they had a very happy Thanksgiving with the Higginbothams.
Isaac looked handsome in his new football polo-- very festive indeed! Here's wishing you and yours a happy Thanksgiving holiday!
